Mango-licious!!


I enjoy making my own Parfaits that way I use all kinds of fruits and atleast control what goes in it ,not saying buying is bad but I have fun doing this.



My go to yogurt is Chobani greek yogurt but feel free to use what tastes best for you. I know its easier to just get ready made granolas but I buy nature valley granola bars then mash them up.According to me it gives me a variety of granola choices from peanut butter to brown sugar and many more for my everyday parfaits .. switch it up its fun .

I get a bowl and mash the granola bars up to little pieces,slice the mangoes then start adding it all up in layers. Its delicious and fills you up, perfect for breakfast or a midday snack.




I loved it . Delicious and no added sugars. Good for a healthy lifestyle.
