Chocolate and more Chocolate .
Who feels like enjoying a chocolatey dessert? Well i made this for my Family and decided to share with you. Try it you'll love it .Baking is my way of relaxing.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/3 cup of all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa Powder
- 3 tablespoons butter (softened)
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 1/4 cup sugar
Filling:
- Ferrero Rocher chocolate
- Chocolate frosting
The Process.
Mix up the Flour ,Baking powder and baking soda together then set aside. Using a clean bowl mix in the butter and sugar until its softened, for best results mix it all in one direction if using a whisk. Add in the eggs and beat till its soft then slowly add the flour and stir, slowly add in the milk and beat all the mixture together to perfection . I add the cocoa Powder last and beat it till its all chocolatey and smooth.
Set the mixture aside and in a cupcake baking pan,place the cupcake cups. Add the cake mixture 3/4 full then place the Ferrero Rocher Chocolate in the middle of each Cup. Bake in 350 degrees pre-heated oven for 20 Mins. Once done let it cool then frost the cake however you see fit and for me I crushed the chocolate and placed it on-top .
