Fruit Popsicles



How about some Yellow watermelon,blueberry popsicles with a touch of Kiwi for a hot summer day? Yes its healthy and its full of nutrients. Perfect for a healthy lifestyle and might I add tastes Heavenly .



Ingredients:
  1. Yellow Watermelon
  2. Frozen blueberries or fresh blueberries
  3. Kiwi
  4. Popsicle holder
  5. Blender


Step 1:

To begin with ensure that all your ingredients are clean and also you will need to thaw you blueberries if you decide to use frozen ones. Once all that is done cut up your watermelon and Blend it.


Step 2:

You have your sweet yellow watermelon juice ready to go now begin placing the fruits in the popsicle holders as you wish. Personally I start with the blueberries then I place the kiwis in the front just so when they freeze the kiwi can be visible :)



Step 3:

Now we pour the Juice in the popsicle holders and freeze it for 6-8 hrs, once frozen use warm water to help it come out smoothly.




Final result..

   

The popsicles are healthy,delicious and all natural fruits which is a plus if you are  trying to eat clean. Easy to make and refreshing for a hot summer day. Try it you can do it your own way with different fruits your choice :) Enjoy!
