How about a healthy fruit filled Pancake Bite for breakfast. Its quick its easy and its healthy especially with the fruits. I used bananas and blueberries to make my Pancake bites.
As a mom I try and do fun healthy meals for my kids that way i get them to eat more and actually enjoy the meal. I found this recipe online where people even add meats and all kinds fruits and Bacon to create their own kind of Pancake bites. Here is how I did my Bites.
Ingredients:
- Pancake mix
- Milk
- eggs
- fruits (blueberries and bananas)
Method:
- Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees
- Mix the pancake mix, eggs and milk till its all soft and no lumps.
- Add your mixture into a cupcake holder.
- Add the fruits into the mixture how you desire.
- Place it in the oven for about 9-12 mins
- Enjoy it
Its quite easy and quick and packed with nutrients if you are using fruits.
Serve it with Low sugar syrup :)
